Michael is a long-time veteran of the global wealth management industry and an entrepreneur at heart, having started his career with Credit Suisse’s apprenticeship programme in Valais, before later leading various teams across several financial centres with BNP Paribas, UBS and Julius Baer.

Michael now calls The Bahamas home, bringing his unique skillset of serving globally minded clients and entrepreneurs.

Germaine Simmons

Team Head, EAM Services

Germaine has 20+ years of banking experience, starting her career with Swiss Bank, UBS, where she obtained a wealth of experience and exposure. Germaine was awarded the opportunity to tutelage under the North American desk in Zurich Switzerland for two years, where she acquired and built her own book of business.

Her career has always been with Wealth Management/Private Banking (with a period in Portfolio Management), with emphasis on the development of Financial Intermediaries (FIM) business, capturing both Business Introducers and External Asset Managers. The path allowed her to establish and grow the FIM Desk during her career.
