NON PURPOSE LOAN:	FINANCIAL LEVERAGE LOAN:
Financing any project without disposing of your investments in the financial markets.	Financing of additional financial assets against a portfolio of owned securities that act as collateral.

Characteristics of Lombard Loan

MINIMUM AMOUNT:	USD 50,000.
CURRENCIES:	Multi-currency financing (EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, etc.).
RATE:	Fixed or variable.
TERM:	Indefinite term, which may be terminated by either party.
USE:	A 1–12-month renewable advance providing the borrower with great flexibility in terms of use.
PLEDGE:	Pledge of assets by way of collateral, equivalent to their financing value.
PRICING CONDITIONS:	Please refer to the fee schedule available from your Relationship Manager.
