On behalf of the Board of Directors, management, staff and extended family of Deltec, we express sincere condolences to Robert Govaerts family on his passing.

On September 19 2015, Govaerts was appointed an Independent Director of Deltec, where he made a significant contribution to Deltec’s growth.

Since that time, Mr. Govaerts has been an active member on several board committees including the Audit and Finance Committee and the Trust and Fiduciary Committee, which he served as Chairman. We are thankful for the impact he has had on our organization.

He will truly be missed.
